The Business Vision and Mission

Rise and sunshinee baby. haha. okay this great morning will be continue our mission to submit for the individual assignment tomorrow. eceh. When i think about to update the remaining post, and still a lot to do. well, that's my mission for today. hihi.

OUR MISSION ? well i think this is MY MISSION because of its the individual assignment. updated blog for every chapter in strategic management. i HAVE to made it fun and not too bored to be read. We will focusing on the Buiness Vision and Mission on chapter 2.

In this chapter, i can conclude two vital elements. First, What do we want to become ? and What is Our Mission?

1)What do we want become ?
This is the vision statement that we should answer. In every each in the organization we be clear what is the vision of the organization.They must be short, preferably one sentence.

2)What is Our Mission?
In the mission statement must have the declaration of an organization's "reason for being." This couls aalso meant that reveals what an organization wants to be and whom it wants to serve. This also called a creed statement.

In the class tutorial activity, Dr Ummi had made this activity that we have to state our visions and missions in USIM. Why we want to be in this university and what we want to be in the future. For once, i think this activity really helps us to think a lil bit about our future. huhu. Thank You Dr. Ummi.

Shared vision creates a commonality of interests that can lift workers out of the monotony of daily work and put them into a new world of opportunity and challenge.
